Author's photo goes hereDo you have problems taking tests? Here are some helpful tips that might make it a little less stressful on you. In my article I wrote about some studying for test strategies, general studying methods, and coping techniques for dealing with stress during the big test. First you should make sure you take plenty of well organized notes, so when its time for the test you have omething to review. Maybe making flashcards or timed practice tests for you would make studying a little bit easier.

It's a good idea to start studying months in advance. Doing that makes you more familiar with what you are working with. In addition you are less likely to forget the information. The night before the test, you should go to bed early to get a good night sleep so you are alert for the test. Finally try to eat a well balanced meal right before the test because taking a test on an empty stomach might distract you. Remember when you are taking a test, don't worry if you freeze up - it happens. Just think about how much you studied and how well prepared you are for the test. If that doesn't work, stop what you're doing and close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths. Breathe in and out to the count of five to relieve the stress .Then continue back to the test you were working on.

In conclusion, I believe that if you try a few of these methods it could help you prepare for your test and make you feel a little more at ease. If you have something that works for you, you might want stick to your methods. Everyone has their own studying methods, but if yours aren't working, you might want to try something new.
