To have good health it is necessary to eat good food and to make time for exercises. Many people don't have a good health. They aren't educated about healthy diets and nutrition. They may not know about healthy exercises or choices. Some young people died from poor food quality. Many people suffer from heart attacks and from poor health. It's a common illness that effects millions of people in the world. Many illnesses are also transmitted from cigarette smoking and alcohol abuse. These days we have a lot of information about what to eat, how to eat and where to buy good food. A lot of places in your community have these healthy products. Vegetables, fruit, cheese and milk are excellent for your health. A balanced diet is essential for your life. Another form of good health is exercise. This is very important for you body. Aerobics, yoga, swimming and running are all examples of exercises that we can do. Therefore, to have good health depends on education, family, community and freedom. You don't need to spend a lot of money, just make better choices. Salute to a healthy life!
