Do the Write Thing

I Remember

Zoya Borisova

I remember my parents.
I remember my friends.
I remember my house.
I remember my childhood.
I remember my country.

In my country I like everything.

But here I like the different people.
But here I like the freedom.
But here I like my new friends.

I'm glad to be here because I have new possibilities.
But I'm sad because I'm far away.
But I'm sad because I don't have my family.
But I'm sad because I think about my country.
