A Dreamer

Alexander Espinoza

Many people have different concepts about what really is a dreamer. For many of them a dreamer is a person who has good or bad dreams while he sleeps. It would be a good definition as well. But did you know that there are dreamers who don't need to sleep, and dreamers who don't need a bed? As a normal person who works, plays, drives his car, eats, etc. like us, probably you are thinking if it's possible that a dreamer could be dreaming if he's not sleeping? Yes, it is possible there are many kinds of dreamers but we have to make a difference between them. But we must consider an analysis depending How, When, and What the dreamer wants to dream about. Based on this, everyone could be a dreamer. Anytime, everywhere, and no matter how, and what we can all dream.

Now we will talk about the dreamer who has his feet walking on the ground with no direction. When He dreams, his mind is far away in the clouds or stuck around the stars. Imagining things unconsciously, having illusions to feel good, thinking egotistic, trying to satisfy himself, maybe He thinks what could happen if he found a million dollars on the street. He makes plans about how he's going to spend it. He dreams in that way because he is not realistic. His mind is still far away; also we have a dreamer who dreams just in his surroundings, trying to take some advantage from others. Stealing dreams from them, but most of the time he fails, because his is not genuine, and he abuses and overestimates his own capacities. But a real dreamer has another condition to get success. He believes in his dreams as goals, and as challenges. This real dreamer walks and steps with firmness. His mind is also in the infinite space but He knows where is going, is genuine, honest, very passionate and He uses his heart very often. He doesn't hurt anybody.

This kind of dreamer is not egotistic. He shares his dreams and He makes dreams for others. But we have to consider that this dreamer has his dreams come true. It makes him different and unique, because he follows carefully the How, What and When. He is not worried about the Why, because he already knows it. He is brave, and jumps any walls in his own way. His discipline permits himself to do this. A real dreamer never gives up. In spite of that, sometimes his dreams get broken into pieces.

But he doesn't care too much about it because He is a Dream Maker. While other non-realistic dreamers are still dreaming, He is going back and forth trying to find the answer to the infinity.

The world is made by realistic dreamers. Are our dreams coming true? Are we dreaming correctly? Or are we still trying to find our goals on the streets? Are we being deluded or a real dreamer? Are we dreaming thinking in What, How and When? Or just are we dreaming thinking in Why? I invite you to have dreams as goals and challenges. Try it and you'll see the difference!
